I’ll tell you: trendy is not a thing for them. They want to get value for their money and they know how to get it. If it’s a trendy place, fine, if not so be it! PLACES I PERSONALLY RECOMMEND TO MY FRIENDS My name is Tristan. I work in food and wine communication and have been living in Paris for more than 15 years. A lot of my Parisian or foreign friends often ask me for bakery, restaurant and bars tips.
